Fitness for NBH Moms

"Fitness for NBH Moms" 60 min. program will teach you the following:

  • The importance of making regular exercise and good nutrition a priority
    for us busy moms
  • You will become physically & mentally stronger through cardio, resistance
    training, and core strengthening
  • Learn how to reduce body fat through balanced nutritional meal plans

Mondays :  Mar 29 - Apr 19   9:30am-10:30am

Thursdays: Apr 1 - Apr 22 9:00am-10:00am

FREE BABYSITTING in our party room (6 mos and up)
