Nbh conditioning/weight training


Nbh is offering the best way to get in shape for the upcoming sports seasons. It’s not just about shooting a basket or swinging the bat, kicking the ball or getting the most yardage. It’s about building up stamina, footwork and strength. At nbh, we build the foundation for a successful athlete by focusing on core training.

Program features:

  • Carefully structured station work incorporating conditioning and strengthening exercises.
  • State of the art equipment provided, including dot mats, agility ladders, plyometric boxes, medicine balls, and reaction balls.
  • Introductory evaluation and post-program evaluation to measure success.
  • Available for all ages, including adults.
