Tuesday: Inter-Adv 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Thursday: Beg-Inter 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Saturday: Beg-Inter 9:00am-10:00am

Saturday: Inter-Adv 10:00am-11:00am

Sunday: Mixed Level 9:00am-10:00am

COST: $185/8 classes

Staff: 1st String Athletics

Classes are for beginners or for those who want to improve their game. Instructors teach class    participants that volleyball is a TEAM sport. The class will focus on the following:

• Basic footwork, court movement, and ball tracking skills
• Reinforcement of fundamental moving patterns
• Fundamental technique for passing, digging, setting, hitting, and blocking
• Basic concepts of rotation, offense, and defense
• Team communication
• Modified non-competitive scrimmages

Private Group Classes are available.  They have become a favorite among parents and participants. Just bring in a minimum of 6 to 12 friends and schedule the date and time you prefer. The cost is $175 for 8 sessions.

Registration forms are available at NBH. Sorry, no make-up classes. Registration is ongoing and costs will be pro-rated.

Main Instructors: Ray Salahuhddin, Jeff Jong

Rayannah Salahuhddin.  Coach Ray is the Head Coach at Skyline College in
San Bruno. She holds a master’s Degree in Motor Learning and Sensorimotor Control. Her coaching style is based in principles of motor development while creating a fun and positive learning environment for her players. Members of the Skyline College Volleyball program will be assisting her in each class.
